Beth Pipe

Award winning author and freelance writer with over 25 years experience working within Learning & Development. I specialise in enabling people to work together productively and communicate positively, and I have written extensively on management and communication issues for Lexis Nexis.

I balance my corporate life with a life of hiking, history and wildlife and have published 8 books to date, all of which have received overwhelmingly positive reviews. "Historic Cumbria, off the beaten track" was shortlisted for the Lakeland Book of the Year Awards 2015. "Gin, Cake and Rucksacks" was shortlisted in 2019 and won the Zefferellis Prize for People and Places and was runner up for the overall prize.
