James Kobzeff is a real estate professional with over thirty years' experience. He has won awards with such notable brokerages as Coldwell Banker and Prudential Real Estate Real Estate Professionals.
He is a graduate Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration (class of 1965).
Along the way he was an original member of Cal State's "baseball club" (1963-64) and a member of a "garage band" called The Syndicate.
As a result, he did play semi-pro baseball with the Boston Red Sox organization for two years and had two 45's recorded by The Syndicate released in 1965. A vinyl record and CD with all The Syndicate songs has since been released (2013).
Since then James became the proud father of three sons and six grandchildren.
Following thirty years' experience as an income property specialist and collecting top honors with Coldwell Banker in Claremont, California and The Prudential Real Estate Professionals in Salem, Oregon, James developed ProAPOD Real Estate Investment Software.
He currently maintains his software, web and social media sites, and regularly posts articles he has written to article directories and social networking sites in order to freely teach others the nuances and formulas associated with real estate investing.
He is a "born-again" Evangelical Christian with a strong interest in Bible prophecy and has taught numerous Bible studies.
