I am a real estate investor. I bought my first investment property back in the '70s and have had properties in Pennsylvania and Virginia along with the Sunshine State. I buy, fix, sell and lease houses.

I have also been an IT consultant for many years as well as a website developer where I work on real estate related sites and blogs.

I have been active in politics at the local, county and state levels for many years and bring this perspective to the other parts of my work.
