Through my blog, I help moms transform their life by sharing encouraging tips for mastering stress. When I'm not doing that, I'm usually found either writing in my planner, taking care of my four kids (plus my husband), or doing a number of other things related to life as a stay-at-home mom. For self-care, I practice daily yoga and enjoy reading self-improvement books. Panera Bread is my favorite lunchtime splurge. And, I identify as being an HSP (highly sensitive person).
