I was terminated due to lack of performance and technical compliance. I tried attending technical courses elsewhere during weekends to overcome it but before I could complete it I was terminated. I am currently better in technical since I have over a year of experience but unable to overcome the HR rounds due to this. Basically I want to start over, but how do I express my desire for a new start on a job application?
First off I do recommend you complete the courses to help better yourself, which is something you can state during interviews as well to show you learned from the experience. Otherwise, state you were terminated due to performance issues. The technical compliance is a little vague, but you can go into that if you want. Then state what you have done to overcome those issues.
