There are numerous pet product affiliate programs out there that could help you do just that. Some are well-known companies, while others may not be common names (but they are still reputable and pay well). Make your website pet-friendly!

Pets Warehouse boasts that it is the largest dealer of pet products worldwide carrying over 43,000 products. Established in 1974, Pets Warehouse offers affiliates tiered incentives based on monthly sales. Joining their affiliate program is free, most websites are accepted and there is no minimum sales requirement.

2. The Carefree Pet

The Carefree Pet considers itself the pet industry's leader in natural and holistic pet care with a focus on overall pet health. Their products cater to dogs, cats, and horses. Affiliates don't even need a website to join the affiliate program as they allow you to post banners on blogs and other venues. The Carefree Pet pays monthly and is free to join.

  • 15% commission for monthly sales over $5,000
  • 13% commission for monthly sales of $4,000—$4,999
  • 10% commission for monthly sales of $2,000—$3,999
  • 8% commission for monthly sales of $1,000—$1,999

3. Animal Den

Animal Den is not a place for pets but for pet lovers. They carry all kinds of cool items that celebrate your furry or feathered friends. Everything from animal-related jewelry, clocks, T-shirts, and mousepads can be purchased here. Animal Den's affiliate program is easy and free to join. They value their affiliates as much as their customers.

Pay Out

  • Earn a 12% commission for gross sales up to $1000.00 per month. Earn a 13% commission for gross sales of $1,000.00 or more per month.

4. Spoil My Kitty

Spoil My Kitty focuses its attention on the 73 million households in America that include a cat or cats. They offer a large assortment of bedding, furniture, condos, strollers, and everything else a spoiled cat could want. Spoil My Kitty's affiliate program is free and easy to join and includes a $10.00 deposit just for signing up.

  • Pay-per-sale—7% of all you sell

5. Classic Hound

Classic Hound is a wonderful place to buy collars, leashes, charms, and other classy accessories for hounds and their people. It's a people-friendly site that is sure to help sales. Classic Hound's affiliate program offers a broad collection of banners, text links, and images to choose from. For every 30 sales you make, they increase the percentage of what is earned.

Pay Out

  • 10% on every sale

6. knows a lot about birds. They offer a wide range of products from bird cages and accessories to food and toys. Their site is user-friendly and includes a learning center. If you prefer other animal or pet products, has links to them. The affiliate program is called TABcom and can be accessed through Commission Junction. It's free and easy to sign up and they are available for any questions you might have.

  • 6% commission on all orders.

7. Natural Wonder Pets

Natural Wonder Pets is a smaller company that credits its success to its honest business practices. They carry their own homegrown natural products and they claim their sales are booming. None of their products are available in retail stores so they get a lot of repeat business. Their herbal products are popular and they advance payment rates based on performance.

Pay Out

  • 5%—8% or more commission on each sale
  • 15%—18% re-occurring commissions

8. Cesar's Way

Sponsored by the New York Times bestselling author, Cesar Milan, this website offers books, dog supplies, and training DVDs that address common behavior problems and training. his no-nonsense approach is easy to understand and Cesar enjoys a respected presence in the dog training world. This reputation alone attracts motivated buyers. It's free to join their affiliate program which is run by Commission Junction.

  • 5%—8% commission with a 35-day tracking cookie
