100 Creative Pizza Shop Names

Do you know anyone who doesn’t love pizza? I don’t! I can eat that stuff multiple days a week, even if it has all the same toppings on it! Pizza is like a staple in my diet and in many of those around us. If you are passionate about pies, have the money and proper qualifications to go into business, than you should be opening a pizza shop!

Not only will you have an unlimited amount of pizza for you, your family, and even your friends, but people will be able to taste your passion for pizza and want to come back for more!

Starting a Pizza Shop

Anytime you are dealing with food, the Health Department will be involved. They are a good place to contact first and may even be able to point you in other directions that you need to go.

Another point of contact would be the state’s licensing board. They will advise you if you require any state licensing to get into business and likely tell you that you need to register your business with the state’s Department of Corporations (which will require you to have your business name chosen already). It’s important to know that there’s also local requirements as far as registering your business goes, so contact with county or city (or both) depending on local requirements in order to get your business tax receipt and everything all registered.

Now, location is a big thing to think about, especially since you are likely to have many, many competitors who are already pretty well-established in any given area. You will want to seek out a location that is in a busy area, but a decent distance away from other pizza establishments. Oh, and if you haven’t yet, it’s wise to start thinking about pizza shop names!

When it comes to pizza shop names, all the good ones are taken (kidding)! There’s so many different ways that you can name a pizza shop, and so many puns that you can use to make your name memorable.

Pizza shop names should say that you are a pizza parlor, what kinds of food you serve (if something other than just pizza), and even your pizza style if it applies to your business. Open for Business!

Now that you are at the end of the list, doesn't it make you want to eat some pizza? I do! Whatever name you decide to go with, start advertising your business a few weeks before it opens, handing out flyers and menus with coupons to attract some new customers.

I know, personally, that I normally don’t try out a new pizza place unless there’s a menu placed at my door, otherwise I never would have known about a new place! Pick a good name, advertise well, and your phone will be ringing with orders in no time!
